As a new blogger I spend hours on the web, searching and researching blogging resources to help me on my blogging journey. Sharing with you today part 1 Notable Blogging Resources, I have used to help me blog.

1. Respelt.com one of my many bad habits is appalling spelling and grammar. That alone has been a factor taking so long to start blogging. Thanks to Seth Godin’s wise words, {I blogged about it here} to write, write often, write poorly and eventually you will write well. What better way of improving, to practice. So I am in training, and to assist in my failings is respelt.com – a free, quick and very easy tool to assist in spell checking your documents, blog and websites.

2. Gravatar.com as with networking in the real world, you must get networking when you are blogging. The best way to do this is comment on blogs, having your image on these comments is vital to build your presence in the blog-o-sphere. Registering with Gravatar, helps you with this. Gravatar allows you to load an image, this image will follow you around from site to site, sitting proudly beside your name when you comment on a blog.

3. Problogger I could bang on about Darren Rowse forever and a day. A long term blogger, who was the first to start blogging about monetising your blog. Darren’s Problogger blog, is a invaluable tool for all bloggers, both for those starting out, or bloggers wanting to revitalize their blog. 31 Days to Build a Better Blog, is available as a free course, you will receive a new lesson each day, for 31 days. Or you can purchase the e-book and follow the challenge at your own pace. Join the 19,000 bloggers, from around the world who swear by 31 Days to Build a Better Blog.
